AGREEMENT OF MUDARABAH

(For Investor Only)

Whereas the First Party intends to invest capital from lawful sources and the Second Party desires to utilize such capital in business, therefore both parties, by mutual consent, agree to the following terms and conditions:

Clause 1: Nature of Investment

This investment shall be made on the basis of Mudarabah, in accordance with the principles of Shariah and the applicable laws of the country.

Clause 2: Capital Amount

The Investor shall provide the total capital amount of PKR /- to the Second Party, which shall be used for business purposes only.

Clause 3: Profit Sharing & Returns

The Company agrees to pay the First Party a fixed return based on the selected package.
Selected Plan:
Fixed Daily Return: PKR
Profit distribution shall be made at the end of every ().

Clause 4: Loss Bearing

In case of any business loss, the loss shall be borne by the capital only. The Second Party shall bear the loss of effort and management, provided no dishonesty, negligence, or violation of this Agreement is proven on his/her part.

Clause 5: Scope of Business

The capital shall be utilized only in the following business: General Trading & Corporate Investments.

Clause 6: Duration of Agreement

This Agreement shall remain effective for a period of 365 Days, which may be extended by mutual consent of both parties.

Clause 7: Accounts and Transparency

The Second Party shall maintain complete and proper accounts and records of the business. The First Party shall have the right to review the business accounts at any reasonable time.

Clause 8: Termination & Premature Withdrawal

Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving prior written notice.
Special Condition: If the Investor wishes to break or terminate this agreement prematurely, the generated profit will be stopped immediately from the date of the formal notice. The total invested capital will be refunded to the Investor exactly 90 days after the date of notice. Upon termination, accounts shall be settled and the capital along with profit or loss shall be determined accordingly.

Clause 9: Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, the matter shall first be resolved through mutual discussion; failing which, it shall be referred to arbitration or the competent court of law.

Clause 10: General Terms

Both parties shall be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement is executed in two original copies, each having equal legal value.
